RAWDEEN – Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only within 5 working days from the delivery date. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached and in its original packaging. RAWDEEN reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, the customer must contact RAWDEEN customer service within 5 working days from delivery, providing the order number and the reason for the request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7–10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

Items Excluded from Returns

Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
